We are delighted to inform you that we have welcomed new majority shareholders Executive Capital to Quality Pellets A/S. It was of great importance to us to find partners with same values as those embedded in the company DNA and furthermore skills to complement those already present within management.

Following years of considerable growth, we began searching for relevant partners to join us in the further expansion of our business. We have started the journey towards a production expansion which will benefit both existing and new customers in terms of increased capacity and exciting new products.

Executive Capital will be represented by their partners Steen Løndal and Asger Domino. Steen has been appointed new Chairman of the Board. Asger joins the board along with Bente. Both Steen and Asger have considerable experience in strategic management and business development which is key to execute the growth plans that we have prepared.

Carsten Schmidt continues as Managing Director of Quality Pellets and remain a 10% shareholder. Bente Drifte continues as board member and 30% shareholder.
